Quest Academy 8th graders presents “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”

Hello to all!

It is that time of year! The 8th graders have been working very hard preparing for their 8th grade musical “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”

Not only have they been learning their music, studying their lines, and learning choreography; they have also been assigned to work in a crew.  They help with set design and building, painting, hair and make-up, props, designing the program, lighting, costumes, marketing and selling concessions. In order put on the musical we have to do a lot of fundraising. If you would like to help donate towards the musical here is how you can help!

We are selling concessions at lunch and after school in the front lobby.  There will be a school dance on Friday, April, 28th in the gym. Entry fee helps fund the musical. We will also have a 3 on 3 basketball tournament in the gym Wednesday, May 3rd at 4:30, proceeds go towards the musical.

You can also support us by buying a ticket to some to the musical. You can either purchase a ticket at the door or find them on eventbrite.com and search for Quest Academy.  Your children will only get to see the first act on Friday, May 11th , so please bring your children back during an evening performance so that they can see the entire musical.  You aren’t going to want to miss seeing “Chitty” the car itself and how it works its magic in the fantastic story “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”. Come see how hard the 8th graders have been working and what they created 🙂

Show times are Thursday, May 11th at 7:00 pm and Friday, May 12th at 7:00. We hope to see you there!
